Digital posters through Gumroad

Some digital posters are purchased through a separate Gumroad checkout, identified by the digital-download button on the product page. Gumroad handles that payment, applicable customer sales tax and download delivery. Review the terms and final price shown there before paying. Purchases through Gumroad and this shop’s Shopify checkout are separate orders.

Our 14-day digital cancellation and refund promise applies to these posters, including after download. Contact info@horizongeopolitics.com for poster support or a refund request, and include your Gumroad receipt or order reference. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

What you are buying

The product page and your selected option identify whether you are buying a digital poster or a physical print. Each digital poster purchased includes one PNG file, 3508 × 4961 pixels, suitable for A3 printing at approximately 300 dpi. It does not include a physical item. You need internet access, storage and software capable of opening PNG files. A physical purchase contains the selected unframed matte A3 poster, approximately 297 × 420 mm. Frames and display props are not included.

Screen settings, paper and printers can affect colours. This does not remove your right to a product that matches its description and meets applicable quality standards. Maps are decorative and informational artwork, not navigation tools. No ongoing digital updates are included.

Where we sell

Physical posters can be delivered to supported addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, as shown at checkout. Digital downloads purchased directly through this shop’s Shopify checkout are available only to customers whose billing address is in the United Kingdom, United States or Australia. An order placed through Shopify that contains a digital download must meet this billing-country restriction. The separate Gumroad checkout may support additional countries, as shown there before payment.

Orders and payment

Check the product option, delivery details, currency and total before placing your order. Your contract with us is formed when we send your order-confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item and any related delivery charge. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

The currency and amount payable, including applicable charges we collect, are shown before payment. Shipping applies only to physical items. Any additional import charges that may be payable are explained in our shipping policy and the information provided before purchase. Changes to prices or these terms do not retrospectively change an existing order.

Digital download permission

When you purchase a digital poster, we give you permission to download and store the file and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may provide the file to a printing service solely to produce those prints for you. This permission does not allow selling copies, publicly distributing the finished file or offering it as a downloadable product.

You do not acquire ownership of copyright in the original artwork or layout by buying a poster. Public-domain source data remains public domain. Nothing in these terms claims exclusive ownership over that underlying data or limits rights you already have under applicable law.

Delivery and problems

Digital links are provided through our digital delivery service after successful payment. Contact us if a link is missing or inaccessible. Printful produces and ships physical orders on our behalf. Production and transit estimates, supported destinations and charges are explained in our shipping policy.

Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed before purchase, physical goods will be delivered within 30 days. For delivery arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate receives them. Contact us about a late, missing, damaged or incorrect order; you do not have to resolve your consumer claim with the printer or carrier yourself.

Cancellation and refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. It gives digital customers a 14-day cancellation period even after downloading. Standard catalogue prints are not personalised: printing after ordering does not remove the cancellation rights described in that policy. The policy also explains return postage, refund timing and faulty-product remedies. These terms do not override that promise or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Australian consumer rights

Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our voluntary cancellation policy is additional to those rights. Its time limits do not restrict remedies available under that law for faulty or misdescribed products. The applicable remedy depends on the nature of the problem and may include a repair, replacement, refund or compensation.

Privacy and communications

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is used and shared, including with Shopify and service providers handling payments, delivery and support. Buying an item does not by itself give blanket consent to marketing or optional tracking. We send necessary order and service communications electronically. Please provide a working email address and keep your order information for reference.

Shopify and fulfilment providers

Shopify provides the technology for this store. Your purchase contract is with Ross Crabtree trading as Horizon Geopolitics, not Shopify or Printful. We remain responsible for our obligations as seller. Shopify and Printful have their own responsibilities for the services they provide; nothing in these terms excludes any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Responsible use and liability

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security or use it to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict misuse, but doing so does not remove rights relating to an order you have already placed.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Complaints and applicable law

Contact info@horizongeopolitics.com with an order number, if available, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but this choice does not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home courts that apply to you as a consumer.
