Digital posters through Gumroad
Some digital posters are purchased through a separate Gumroad checkout, identified by the digital-download button on the product page. Gumroad handles that payment, applicable customer sales tax and download delivery. Review the terms and final price shown there before paying. Purchases through Gumroad and this shop’s Shopify checkout are separate orders.
Our 14-day digital cancellation and refund promise applies to these posters, including after download. Contact info@horizongeopolitics.com for poster support or a refund request, and include your Gumroad receipt or order reference. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Where we sell
Physical posters can be delivered to supported addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, as shown at checkout. Digital downloads purchased directly through this shop’s Shopify checkout are available only to customers whose billing address is in the United Kingdom, United States or Australia. An order placed through Shopify that contains a digital download must meet this billing-country restriction. The separate Gumroad checkout may support additional countries, as shown there before payment.
Digital downloads
Each digital poster purchased includes one PNG file, 3508 × 4961 pixels, prepared for A3 printing at 300 dpi. No physical item is sent and no shipping charge applies to a digital-only order. After successful payment, a download link is provided through our digital delivery service. You need internet access, sufficient storage and software that opens PNG images. No ongoing updates are included.
If your link is missing or does not work, contact info@horizongeopolitics.com with your order number. Our refund policy includes a 14-day digital cancellation period, even after download.
Printed posters
Physical orders contain the selected unframed matte A3 poster, approximately 297 × 420 mm. Frames and display props are not included. Printful produces and sends the print to your delivery address. Orders may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate parcels.
Production and delivery time
Printful normally takes 2–5 business days to produce wall art, excluding the order date, weekends and public holidays. Shipping follows production. Its general shipping estimates are 1–8 business days for domestic routes and 1–20 business days for international routes, depending on the fulfilment location, destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. A delivery address does not necessarily mean production takes place in that country. Australian orders may require international delivery. The production location is not guaranteed at purchase.
Unless we expressly agree a different delivery period with you before purchase, we will deliver physical goods within 30 days of the order. Contact us if an order is late, lost or damaged. We are responsible for resolving the order with you; you do not have to pursue the printer yourself. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Shipping charges and destinations
The available delivery service and shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. A mixed order is charged shipping for its physical items only. Physical delivery is available only to supported addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Some remote addresses, territories, military addresses and PO boxes may be outside the available carrier service. The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Product pages show the one-print total for the selected delivery country. For multiple prints or a different address, review the final delivery charge and total at checkout before payment. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.
Physical delivery to Northern Ireland is temporarily unavailable. Digital downloads remain available with an eligible UK billing address.
International charges
Taxes and import charges collected by us are shown before you pay. For cross-border shipments, destination authorities or carriers may charge import taxes, customs duties or handling fees that were not included at checkout. Where such additional charges apply, the recipient is responsible for them unless checkout expressly states they are prepaid. Customs processing can also delay delivery. We will not describe an order as duties-paid unless those charges are covered.
Tracking, address changes and problems
After dispatch, we provide shipment information and tracking where the delivery service supports it. Check your delivery address before paying and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. An address change may not be possible once production or dispatch has progressed. This does not remove your cancellation or other consumer rights.
For a damaged, missing or incorrect order, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help but are not a condition of your legal rights. See our refund policy for returns and cancellation rights.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. For Australian customers, rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to our voluntary cancellation policy. A 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit claims about faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products.
